Aesthetic gradations

The grade given to our Refurbished products is purely aesthetic, it does not influence in any way the correct functioning of the device.

By PRODUCT sold in GOOD condition we mean:

- Possibility of some small signs of wear or halos on the LCD panel.

- Possibility of some small dents on the case.

For PRODUCT sold as GRADE B we mean:

- Presence of more obvious marks and/or halos on the LCD panel.

- Presence of more obvious dents and/or imperfections on the case.

Warranty Period and Type

The following Product Warranty terms start from the date of Computer Gross' invoice to the Reseller, or from the time of delivery if later (Sale):

- 2 years for the product (battery excluded);

- 3 months for battery.

The Distributor is not authorized to manage the after-sales service on behalf of the Supplier, which therefore remains the responsibility of the latter.

For products that appear defective upon first ignition (DOA), the Reseller will have the right to request the issuance of a Credit Note within and no later than 10 working days from the Sale (passthrough via Distributor)

The right to request the issuance of a Credit Note will not be applied to parts that can be replaced independently by the Reseller himself, which will be sent to the Reseller by the Supplier.

Beyond the aforementioned deadline, the Reseller will have the right to repair the product or, alternatively, where appropriate, to replace it with a product with similar characteristics (standard RMA), or in the absence of these, to issue a credit note.

The costs of returning the product to the assistance centre are the responsibility of the Customer.
