The grade assigned to our Refurbished products is purely cosmetic and does not in any way affect the proper functioning of the device.

For a product sold in GOOD condition, it means:

- Possibility of some small signs of wear or halo on the LCD panel.

- Possibility of some small dents on the casing.

For a product sold as GRADE B, it means:

- Presence of more evident signs and/or halos on the LCD panel.

- Presence of more evident dents and/or imperfections on the casing.

Warranty Period and Type

The following product warranty terms start from the date of the Computer Gross invoice to the Reseller, or from the time of delivery if later (Sale):

- 2 years for the product (excluding battery);

- 3 months for the battery.

The Distributor is not authorized to manage after-sales service on behalf of the Supplier; therefore, this service remains the responsibility of the latter.

For products that are found to be defective upon first power-on (DOA), the Reseller shall be entitled to request the issuance of a Credit Note within and no later than 10 working days from the Sale (passthrough via Distributor).

The right to request the issuance of a Credit Note will not apply to parts that can be independently replaced by the Reseller, which will be shipped to the Reseller by the Supplier.

Beyond the aforementioned term, the Reseller shall be entitled to the repair of the product or, alternatively, where appropriate, to its replacement with a product of similar characteristics (standard RMA), or in the absence thereof, to the issuance of a Credit Note.

The costs of returning the product to the service center remain the responsibility of the Customer.
