We've seen quite a few systems with these powerful 2.6GHz eight-core CPUs, and they're still the most powerful option for a workstation. They support Intel Hyper-Threading, so each physical core is detected as two virtual ones, meaning the T7600 offers a whopping 16 virtual processing cores. The processor also supports Intel Turbo Boost, allowing all cores to be boosted to 3.3GHz for limited periods. We also find an enormous amount of RAM memory for the heaviest loads that we could manage better with its 64GB of RAM which combined with its 512GB SSD guarantees a system that is always snappy and ready. To complete the workstation we find a graphics card designed for 3D rendering, the Nvidia Quadro K2200 which with its 4GB of dedicated RAM will be able to perfectly manage all your resource-hungry software.
