Intelligent cash management: save time and reduce risks with the cash deposit solutions offered by Italdes with the BNA Small 1200T. The BNA deposit systems are the evolution of the Cassa Continua and introduce, both in the point of sale and in the company, a new way of working and reporting collections in cash banknotes.
The BNA Small 1200T is a safe, or rather a deposit bank, called "intelligent" as it is equipped with equipment that counts and verifies the banknotes entering it and is connected online with the credit institution and with the valuables transport institute, to which it sends information relating to each individual deposit in real time.
Once installed in the back office of the Point of Sale, the BNA Small 1200T allows operators to deposit the receipts inside by tracing the operation. Even if the banknotes are still inside the safe, they are virtually credited to your current account.
When the BNA Small 1200T is close to its containment limit, it will independently notify the Valuables Transport Company which will organize the collection. Valuable transport collections thus become random, no longer scheduled, reducing costs and thus increasing the safety of the working environment.
